Scope of works: Plumbing and mechanical installations on Level 3 of the refurbished McCance Building, University of Strathclyde.

Plumbing and mechanical services delivered:

Ventilation/Heating:

• Fan coil units
• Automatic controls
• Extract and supply ductwork
• 4 way blow diffusers
• LPHW pipework
• Insulation
• Testing & commissioning

Plumbing:

• Hot & cold water services pipework and drainage
• Water heaters
• Chlorination
